Middle level cloud with isolated thunderstorm activity over central and northern
parts of WA, Gulf country in Queensland and along NT/Queensland border is
associated with a broad area of low pressure.
Thick middle level cloud streams over southeastern parts of South Australia,
across Victoria and then southern parts of the Tasman Sea and is associated with
a cold front.
High level cloud can be seen streaking over the far southwest corner of WA and
is due to an upper level jet stream.
The rest of the continent is mostly clear under the influence of a high pressure
